Suppose you are unemployed or desiring to change jobs and your goal is to get into the job market you are studying as soon as possible, but you have not yet completed your degree.
How to indicate what you already know on your CV or Linkedin? The UniEduK Group has the solution to increase your chance of gaining a place in the job market: INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATIONS.
But what is this, anyway? You can acquire an Intermediate Certification by completing a set of subjects, indicating that you have a partial qualification in a specific subject.
A great differentiator of the EDUCAR Teaching Model is Competency-Based Education.
But what is it? In Competency-Based Education, you have the opportunity to choose the subjects that make sense for your learning at that moment, following the minimum and maximum workload requirements outlined for the semester of your course. This will make you the protagonist of your learning journey.
Of course, you continue to study all the technical and theoretical aspects essential for your training through practical laboratory activities, the use of technologies, and different forms of learning that will make you the qualified professional that the job market needs. We call this specific competencies. They do not change.
Additionally, you have the opportunity to choose subjects related to your professional desires. These subjects are called electives, and you choose which ones to take. Our main goal is to allow your development in:
- Socioemotional competencies, which are linked to your attitudes, behaviors, and emotions in your everyday professional life, making you a well-rounded professional capable of handling the numerous challenges of the job market.
- Life projects, which are disciplines related to your interests, needs, curiosities, and aspirations. They are not necessarily specific competencies of your course, but you can take them.
Therefore, technical knowledge (specific competencies), elective socioemotional competencies, and life project courses will make you a complete, unique, and distinguished professional in the job market, ensuring your professional success.
Imagine this: you’re at your workplace and encounter a problem that needs an immediate solution, but you haven’t studied the concept related to the situation yet. What to do?
To prevent such situations, the UniEduK Group has created the Teaching Model, and the proposal is exactly this: you, along with your classmates, will be integrated into real-life cases and projects from your current or future profession. With each new practical problem, students, guided by their professors, will seek a solution, an answer, studying the theoretical concepts according to what that practical problem demands.
How is this done? The Teaching Model uses active methodologies, where the student is the protagonist of their learning journey. One of the active methodologies is the use of Supervised Practical Activities (SPAs), where the teacher proposes a challenge, and from there, you research and seek solutions to solve that problem, delving into the subject.
When presenting the results of your research to the teacher, they check all the points of the solution you provided, acting as a knowledge mentor, indicating possible errors to be corrected and suggesting different alternatives for that same situation.
This way, you acquire solid knowledge that makes sense to you and that you will never forget, besides finding socially responsible solutions, that is, respecting and benefiting society. All of this contributes to providing you with even more opportunities in the job market because you will be a complete professional, with autonomy and proactivity to seek solutions to everyday problems by yourself.
This practical study is transformative because it values know-how, increasing the assimilation of technical knowledge by transforming theory into practice.
Do you know what you gain from all this? Besides the ability to turn your knowledge into concrete and practical action, you will learn to deal with the emotions involved in these everyday professional challenges. In the end, you will be able to deal, for example, with tight deadlines by achieving organizational skills and punctuality; pressure from clients, suppliers, and managers by gaining effectiveness in communication and empathy to understand the other’s problem; and everything else necessary to stand out in the job market.
